Attended College of the Desert in Palm Desert, Calif., for two years, while playing one season of football...named the 2007 Foothill Conference Player of the Year...completed 201-330 (60 percent) for 2,653 yards and 28 touchdowns...ranked 15th in the state with a passer rating of 152.7...led the conference in total offense (240. and ranked second in passing yards per game (236.5)...helped team to a 9-2 record and first-place finish in the Foothill Conference, after winning just one game in 2006...passed for 412 yards and six touchdowns against Grossmont...completed 21-of-28 for 249 yards and four touchdowns versus Chaffey...in season finale, named MVP of the Golden Empire Bowl...an honor roll student.

A 2006 graduate of Desert Chapel High School in Palm Springs, Calif...lettered four years in football...a two-time league MVP and CIF MVP...led squad to two CIF state championships...passed for 2,639 yards and 26 touchdowns as a junior...racked up 2,353 passing yards and 46 touchdowns as a senior...a four-year letterwinner in basketball...earned all-league and all-state first-team honors in both junior and senior seasons...also earned three letters in baseball...an honor roll student.

When we first got him I was excited. Then as reports came from others who attended practice it seemed as though he was all hyped up as Inoke and Greg were fighting for starting QB. He has two years experience outside of high school which gave him plenty of reps and leadership skills. If they announce him as the starter tomorrow I will get excited about him again. Good luck to whomever it is. They will have my support.
